Night Shift RN: Patient Care & Team Collaboration

The Registered Nurse (RN) at Sanford Health is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to patients across departments. You will monitor patient status and respond to changes with clinical judgment.

Collaborates with physicians and inter‑professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
