The role involves providing clinical care and coordination using the Synergy model, coordinating with patients, families, and the care team to meet individualized needs in a 6-bed triage, 14 bed LDR, OR/PACU, Antenatal, and 20 bed postpartum unit.
Requirements include Indiana RN license, BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Fetal Heart Monitoring.
