Night Shift Quality ControlThe Night Shift Quality Control supports production operations during night hours by ensuring products meet company and customer quality standards. This role includes inspecting products throughout the manufacturing process, reviewing technical specifications and drawings, completing quality documentation, and assisting with communication between departments regarding quality-related issues, all while providing leadership and coordination for the night shift team.Responsibilities:Inspect products and components to verify that quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing processAssist with coordinating daily night shift inspection activities and workflowComplete quality documentation accurately and report nonconforming materials or processes immediatelySupport continuous improvement and corrective action efforts on the floorCommunicate effectively with production, quality personnel, and other departments as neededUtilize bilingual English/Spanish skills to bridge communication gaps across the shiftQualifications & Requirements:Manufacturing quality control experience required, including leadership or team coordination experienceExperience with threaded products/components is a plusAbility to read technical drawings and use measuring equipmentBasic math skills including fractions, decimals, and tolerancesStrong communication, organization, and attention to detailAbility to work a night shift schedule in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and work in indoor/outdoor conditions with exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and varying temperaturesAbility to wear required PPE and move safely throughout the facilityBilingual in English and Spanish is a PLUS
