Shift Business ManagerWebco Industries is seeking a strong, people-focused Shift Business Manager to lead our Production team on the night shift (6 PM–6 AM). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, values continuous improvement, and enjoys developing people and teams.What You'll DoAs a Shift Business Manager, you will oversee all Production team members on your shift and help ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. You will:Lead and manage Production employees on the night shiftAssign daily work, monitor performance, and provide coaching and constructive feedbackSupport onboarding and training for new team membersCommunicate with other Shift Business Managers to ensure smooth shift transitionsAdvance employees through Skill-Based Pay and Team Phase CertificationPromote and model Webco's safety and environmental standardsParticipate in the recruiting process for production employeesMonitor yields, run-time, work-in-progress, and overall productivityAssist with identifying and investigating product defectsSupport internal auditing, claims, customer/supplier issues, and improvement initiativesAttend management training and occasional off-shift meetings as neededWhat We're Looking ForEducation & ExperienceHigh School Diploma required3–5 years of manufacturing experience requiredPrior leadership or management training preferredSkills & StrengthsStrong computer skills (MS Office)Excellent planning, organization, and multitasking abilitiesSelf-motivated and eager to learnHigh integrity and respect for individual team membersStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenAble to work independently and with project teamsPhysical & Work Environment ExpectationsMust be able to regularly work 12-hour shifts (6 PM–6 AM)Frequent walking/standing on concrete floors (up to 2 miles per shift)Lifting 5–50 lbs as neededExposure to loud noise, heat (95–110°F), or cold based on weatherRequired PPE includes hearing protection, safety glasses, and steel-toed shoesThis role is designated as safety-sensitive under Oklahoma lawMay be called in for emergencies outside scheduled hoursWhy Join Webco?At Webco, we invest in our people.
