Signature HealthCARE seeks a Night Shift Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver compassionate, resident-centered care in our long-term and post-acute communities. The LPN will provide overnight clinical care, administer medications and treatments, monitor and document resident status, and support interdisciplinary care plans. Working in our faith-based, mission-driven culture, you’ll model dignity, teamwork, and servant leadership while guiding CNAs, engaging families, and ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with all clinical standards during the night shift.
