Night Shift Leader - Steel Distribution | Tulsa, OK
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
Hours: 3:30 PM-12:00 AM | Overtime available as needed
HireCall is hiring an experienced Night Shift Leader to oversee warehouse operations at a busy steel distribution facility. This position will lead a night shift team, coordinate shipping and receiving activities, maintain safety standards, and ensure productivity goals are met.
Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the night shift warehouse team
• Oversee loading, unloading, order pulling, and shipping of steel products
• Ensure safety procedures and standards are followed
• Operate and/or oversee forklifts and overhead cranes
• Coordinate workflow to meet shipping deadlines
• Train and mentor warehouse associates
• Monitor inventory accuracy and documentation
• Report nightly production metrics to management
• Address operational or personnel issues during the shift

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse or industrial supervisory experience
• Steel distribution or metals experience strongly preferred
• Experience with overhead cranes and forklifts
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Reliable attendance and ability to consistently work night shift
• Knowledge of warehouse safety practices

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and physical activity
• Comfortable working in warehouse conditions
