Position OverviewCandidates will support daily plant operations in various roles, including:Operator AssistantsBalersGeneral LaborersThis is a hands-on position in a fast-paced production environment, requiring attention to detail, safety awareness, and a strong work ethic.Schedule:Initial Training Days: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM – 8:00 AMRegular Schedule: 12-hour shifts (2 days on, 2 days off)Includes every other weekendResponsibilities:Assist machine operators with extrusion processesHandle, sort, and package finished plastic materialsOperate baling equipment as neededMaintain cleanliness and organization of work areasFollow all safety guidelines and company proceduresPerform other general labor duties as assignedRequirements:Ability to work 12-hour shifts (day or night)Comfortable working in a manufacturing/industrial environmentAbility to lift, move, and handle materials as neededReliable attendance and strong teamwork skillsPrevious manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
