This role requires technical focus, attention to safety, and independent performance on the night shift.Key responsibilities include:Operate wire drawing machinery efficiently.Pull metal wire through dies safely.Reduce wire cross-sections to precise specifications.Set up single and multi-die series.Monitor precision metalworking processes continuously.Inspect finished wire for dimensional accuracy.Role requirements:Minimum 1 year of manufacturing/machining experience.High school diploma or equivalent.Night shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM).Strong mechanical aptitude and blueprint reading.High reliability for independent night shift operations.Benefits & pay:Starting pay: $21.30 – $23.00 hourly (plus shift premium pay).Pay increases: Additional raises within 3 months and at 1 year.Health benefits: Affordable medical, dental, and vision coverage starting after 30 days.Retirement: 401(k) program with an exceptional 8% company match.Paid time off: Vacation pay plus 12 paid holidays, featuring 5 consecutive paid days off the week of Christmas.Education: College tuition reimbursement for employees and scholarship opportunities for their children.Perks: Company-provided work uniforms at no cost.Equal Opportunity Employer.
