Texas Health Physicians Group is seeking a dedicated Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join our Hospitalist team in southwest Plano, TX. This full-time, night shift position offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced hospitalists in a fast-paced inpatient setting, providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population.
Position Highlights
Night shift schedule: 7PM - 7AM, 7 days on - 7 days off
Collaborate with a well-established Hospitalist team
Perform inpatient evaluations, history and physicals, and follow-up care
Initiate appropriate diagnostic testing and treatment plans
Document all encounters using an EMR system
Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives
What You Bring
Strong clinical skills, active listening, critical thinking & sound clinical judgment
Current Texas license as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner
Active ACLS certification
Minimum of 2 years of NP or RN experience in ICU or CVICU preferred
