Leading, training, coaching and developing team members.

Safely producing the highest quality products possible at the lowest cost possible. Reaching desired goals for housekeeping, safety, quality, COTD and production goals. Ensuring that all team members follow all company policies, practices and procedures.This position reports to the Extrusion Leader.What you will be doing:Providing a physically and emotionally safe working environment promoting mutual trust and respectProviding leadership, mentoring and coaching for manufacturing in areas of safety, quality, service and costFacilitating change and driving continuous improvement from experiments to systematic, sustainable processesMaintaining records and reporting of pounds/hrs, efficiency, utilization, and recovery ratesAssisting other Supervisors and Team Members as part of the expertise "Help Chain"Coaching and Developing Team Members, handling Team Member concerns and issuesSponsor Problem Solving and Kaizen activitiesWhat will make you successful?Required Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

2-3 Years' experience in the aluminum extrusion industry. Must have previous Manufacturing experience on 12" or larger Extrusion Presses Previous successful Team Lead/Supervisory Experience.
