Night Plant Operator | P&K Stone, LLC
P&K Stone, LLC is a regional provider of construction aggregates, operating natural aggregate quarries in Chico, Texas and Mill Creek, Oklahoma, as well as recyclers in Denton and Waxahachie, Texas.
We are looking for a dependable and safety-focused Night Plant Operator to join our team. If you are reliable, and interested in building your career in the aggregate industry, we would like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor crushing, screening, conveying, and other plant equipment.
- Monitor material flow and production throughout the night shift.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and identify potential maintenance issues.
- Assist with basic troubleshooting, maintenance, and plant cleanup.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and use required PPE.
- Communicate equipment and production issues with supervisors and maintenance personnel.
- Work closely with other team members to maintain efficient plant operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous aggregate, mining, construction, or heavy-equipment experience preferred.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to work safely around heavy machinery.
- Dependable and able to work scheduled night shifts.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
