The role involves managing anesthesia care within a state-of-the-art, 383-bed facility that serves a broad patient base in Orange County. Candidates will work a 7 on, 7 off night schedule providing comprehensive care across a diverse range of surgical procedures.

- Endo, general, ortho, labor and delivery, radiology, URO, vascular, GYN, ENT, neuro, and plastics
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
- Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
- Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
- Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
- Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
- Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership
Compensation
- Salary: $600K
- Sign on Incentive: Up to $100K sign-on package

Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Completion of Anesthesiology Residency
- Board Eligible or Board Certified
- Current medical licensure
- ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable)
