About the Role
A straightforward evening cleaning role at an apartment community. The main task is trash pickup - collecting bagged trash left outside resident doors and hauling it to the property's compactor or dumpster - with an eye kept on the property looking clean along the way.
What You'll Do
- Walk an assigned apartment community each evening
- Collect bagged trash left outside resident doors
- Haul it to the property's compactor or dumpster using your truck or trailer
- Note anything else on the property that needs attention
- A pickup truck or a vehicle with a trailer
- Comfortable with hands-on physical work each evening
- Reliable and consistent - same nights, same route
- Available evenings, 5 nights a week
Schedule & Pay
1.5-3 hours per night, 5 nights a week.
$200-$300 per week.
