Night Auditor - National Center for Employee Development (NCED)Location: Norman, OK, US, 73071 Career Area: AdministrationJob Description The Hospitality Worker III is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by booking reservations, assisting with guest needs, and resolving or escalating any guest concerns or issues. The Front Desk Lead Worker may be responsible for oversight or delegation of responsibilities within the guest services operation. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.Job ResponsibilitiesSchedules and assigns daily work assignments to the guest services team and oversees completion of tasksTrains and guides guest service staff on job duties, customer service, systems, and proceduresGreet and provide customer service to guests while anticipating their needsBook reservations and coordinate registrationOperate a register and/or software system to complete cash and credit card transactionsAnswers phone calls and emails and delivers messages as neededMaintains excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.Other duties and tasks as assigned by managerAt Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers.

This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
