Night Auditor - National Center for Employee Development (NCED)Location: Norman, OK, US, 73071 Career Area: AdministrationJob ResponsibilitiesSchedules and assigns daily work assignments to the guest services team and oversees completion of tasksTrains and guides guest service staff on job duties, customer service, systems, and proceduresGreet and provide customer service to guests while anticipating their needsBook reservations and coordinate registrationOperate a register and/or software system to complete cash and credit card transactionsAnswers phone calls and emails and delivers messages as neededMaintains excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.Other duties and tasks as assigned by managerQualificationsPrevious guest services experience preferredDemonstrates excellent customer service skillsDemonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and writtenDemonstrates organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detailThis role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
