Key Responsibilities: Conduct the nightly audit process accurately and timely. Manage guest check-ins and check-outs during the night. Respond to guest requests and inquiries. Prepare daily reports and reconcile the day's transactions.
Requirements: Previous experience as a Night Auditor or Front Desk. Advanced English level (able to communicate fluently verbally and in writing). Proficiency with Opera software. Availability to work the night shift: 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. Being an organized person, attentive to details, and capable of working independently.
