If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong sense of responsibility, we encourage you to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesRegister guests and handle reservations efficiently during the overnight shiftPrepare and review daily financial reports, ensuring accuracy and completenessBalance transactions and perform end-of-shift accounting proceduresConduct security walks to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and propertyManage front desk operations independently with minimal supervisionAddress guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionallyAssist with administrative tasks related to night audit processesSkills and QualificationsAt least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related hospitality fieldHigh School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is a plusPrevious front desk or hotel experience preferredStrong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reconciliationAbility to work independently and manage time effectively during overnight hoursExcellent communication and customer service skillsAttention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial reportingBasic knowledge of hotel management software and computer systemsBasic problem-solving skills and the ability to handle routine issuesStrong oral communication skills and a customer/client-oriented mindsetAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitudeAbility to work well as part of a team and follow instructionsAbility to work overnight, weekends, and holidays.We foster a welcoming and inclusive work environment that values growth and development.
