Night Audit SupervisorAs a Night Audit Supervisor at Concord Hospitality, you will oversee the nightly operations of the Front Office and Night Audit staff. Serving as the primary contact for guests and hotel departments during the overnight shift, you will ensure smooth operations, accurate reporting, and a safe, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include supervising night audit employees, including training, scheduling, and performance reviews; reconciling and completing daily front desk work; generating accounts receivable and next-day reports for Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales, and Executive Office; investigating service and safety issues, initiating incident reports, and monitoring investigations to timely resolution; checking guests in and out, operating telephone lines, and assisting with guest needs; escorting guests to rooms when feasible and providing courteous support throughout the shift; and carrying out additional duties and reasonable management requests as assigned.Qualifications include supervisory experience in front office or night audit operations preferred; strong decision-making skills with knowledge of hotel policies and procedures; excellent oral and written communication skills; good telephone etiquette and professional demeanor; ability to work independently during overnight shifts; and commitment to guest satisfaction, safety, and operational excellence.
