Natus is seeking an Implementation Technician to install, stabilize, and train customers on NicView across North America. This on-site role reports to the NBC Customer Success Manager and serves as the field extension of the Customer Success team at the hospital.
You will perform field installation, coordinate with hospital IT, train clinical staff, provide on-site support after go-live, and document every install in Salesforce Service Cloud while traveling frequently.
