NICU Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP) – Start Date: ASAP, Pay Rate: $89,000.00–$100,000.00.
A growing neonatal physician group in Chattanooga, Tennessee is seeking a NICU Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its established Level III neonatal team.
Located in a scenic riverfront community, this role offers exceptional work‑life balance, flexible scheduling, and a close‑knit, highly supportive neonatal team.

What you’ll do
- Provide neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting
- Collaborate with Neonatologists and APP team on patient management
- Participate in flexible 24‑hour in‑house coverage schedule
- Support high‑quality neonatal care in a collaborative environment
What we’re looking for
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- NICU experience preferred
- Open to strong new grads with NICU background
- RN NICU background considered
- DEA required
- Team‑oriented mindset and strong communication skills
