Job Description

UW Health in northern Illinois located in Rockford, IL is seeking a Neurosurgeon to join our Neurosurgery program and the team of over 350 providers offering primary, specialty, and surgical care. SwedishAmerican Hospital is a Level‑two trauma center, 350‑bed hospital with over 75,000 annual emergency‑room visits. The operating rooms feature dedicated neurosurgical team members and staff, O‑Arm, spine and cranial navigation, and operative microscopes.

Qualifications

• MD or DO; BC or BE in Neurosurgery
• Active license in the State of Illinois and active DEA license, or the ability to apply for such licenses prior to or upon hire
