Responsibilities
- Implementing a resident care plan
- Performing direct nursing services such as administering treatments and assisting in assessments and evaluations
- Assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
- Consulting with and validating data
- Recording pertinent information in the patient record
- Identifying and evaluating the resident’s response to health problems and treatments
- Communicating residents care needs to others involved in the care
- Assuming responsibility for professional growth and development
Requirements
- At least 2 year’s experience as RN required
- Home Health experience preferred, but not required
