NGS Associate Scientist: Sequencing, QC & Library Prep

Seeds Renewables in Boston, MA is seeking a hands-on sequencing technician to operate and maintain Illumina and Oxford Nanopore platforms, perform QC, and prepare DNA/RNA libraries.

You will manage inventory of DNA, RNA, libraries and reagents, document run performance in an ELN, and meet maintenance schedules with minimal supervision. This role requires meticulous records and a collaborative mindset in a fast-paced lab environment.
