Nextthink DeveloperWe are seeking a highly skilled Nexthink Developer to support the design, development, and expansion of our Nexthink platform. This role will focus on dashboard development, stakeholder engagement, and automation through Nexthink flows and remote actions to drive proactive issue resolution and improve the Digital Employee Experience (DEX). This individual will work closely with platform leadership and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable insights and automated solutions.Job Responsibilities:Design and build Nexthink dashboards, investigations, and data models to deliver actionable insightsDevelop and maintain remote actions and automation flows to enable proactive remediationConfigure campaigns, alerts, and monitoring to improve endpoint visibility and performanceBuild and optimize automated workflows to reduce manual effort and incident volumeTranslate use cases into scalable Nexthink solutions (e.g., device health, application performance, incident prevention)Partner with engineering teams to implement self-healing and proactive IT capabilitiesPartner with Service Desk, EUC, and Infrastructure teams to gather and refine requirementsAct as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring solutions meet operational needsAnalyze endpoint data to identify trends, recurring issues, and optimization opportunitiesCreate dashboards that track key metrics (DEX, incident drivers, performance issues)Support leadership with data-driven recommendationsQualifications Required Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in infrastructure engineering.Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies including cloud, network, database, storage, platform, computing, and middleware.Preferred QualificationsExperience working in Agile teams and knowledge of Agile development & release practices.
