Next-Gen Family Ministries Director

St. Paul’s Ocean Grove Church, a dynamic ministry context with indoor Sunday services and Beach Church on the boardwalk in summer, seeks a Family Ministries Director to oversee Anchored Kids and Anchored Students.

You will recruit, train and shepherd volunteers, build a discipleship pathway across generations, partner with parents, manage calendars and budgets, and ensure safety policies are followed.
