Next Gen Director (Full-Time) - Dwell Church of the Peninsula | San Francisco, CA

Lead Dwell Kids and Dwell Students ministries, overseeing recruitment, development, and coordination of volunteers, curriculum development, and culture building.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and coordinate a diverse team of Dwell Builders (volunteers) for Dwell Kids.
• Continue building Dwell Kids culture that makes kids feel safe, known, and loved, including implementing safety standards, systems, and best practices.
• Create participatory culture where kids have input.
• Develop and curate curriculum consistent with program structure and values: age diverse learning community, vibrant faith, developmentally appropriate Bible relationship, play‑based learning, and teaching Dwell Values.
• Partner with families to support spiritual formation at home.
• Lead participatory process with Team Lead for Dwell Students to build and launch a student ministry, with goal of 30 middle and high school students participating.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range: $70-80k.

Benefits:

• Flexible work‑from‑home arrangement.
• Unlimited time off, including mandatory three Sundays per year.
