New York Supervising Psychiatrist

To support a growing telehealth team, the full-time 1099 New York Supervising Psychiatrist will provide clinical guidance and supervision to Nurse Practitioners, focusing on case consultation and internal practice standards, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners to provide clinical guidance and case consultation Conduct chart reviews and audits to ensure high-quality care across virtual behavioral health programs Work closely with Clinical Supervisors to maintain consistent practice standards Required qualifications MD or DO with willingness to obtain additional state licenses, preferably in Florida, Illinois, or New York Board certified in Psychiatry; child/adolescent psychiatry board certification is a plus Prior experience in a supervisory or collaborative role with Nurse Practitioners Experience in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Treatment and telehealth Active DEA and compliance awareness with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2
