Offering a full-time remote opportunity, the Oncology Triage Nurse will provide triage, support, and education to cancer patients, conducting clinical assessments and managing care coordination during their treatment journey from 8:30 AM to 5 PM EST. Key responsibilities Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and manage member health through phone, email, and video communication Facilitate end-of-life care discussions and support members throughout the oncology care continuum Collaborate with healthcare teams to address member needs and participate in case conferences for targeted support plans Required qualifications Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and a compact unrestricted registered nurse (RN) license At least 2 years of nursing experience, including 1 year in solid tumor oncology nursing Oncology-related certifications such as OCN, AOCN, AOCNS, or CCM required or to be obtained within 2 years of hire Compact and single state licensure in New York and/or Illinois preferred
