To support a commercial mortgage loan portfolio, the full-time remote New York Mortgage Loan Processor will manage loan servicing activities, financial reporting, and operational requests, requiring occasional onsite presence in New York or New Jersey. Key Responsibilities Service and administer a portfolio of commercial mortgage loans, processing transactions and ensuring compliance with policies Record and reconcile mortgage loan accounting transactions while supporting financial and tax reporting requirements Develop and maintain operational reporting, creating SQL queries and assisting with technology initiatives Required Qualifications Recent experience (within the last 3-5 years) using SS&C Precision LM (PLM) Minimum of 3 years of commercial mortgage loan servicing experience Strong understanding of commercial mortgage loan operations and accounting Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
