New York Licensed Therapist

To support a growing virtual mental health practice, a full-time New York Licensed Therapist will provide outpatient therapy to lower to moderate acuity populations in a fully remote environment, managing a consistent caseload with minimal administrative burden. Key responsibilities Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy sessions, including 60-minute intakes and follow-ups Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals and no inpatient or crisis-call responsibilities Exercise clinical autonomy in treatment decision-making while receiving operational support for scheduling and billing Required qualifications Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license Experience managing a consistent outpatient caseload in a structured clinical setting Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills Comfort practicing in a fast-paced outpatient environment Experience with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care) is highly desired
