To support the development of associate-level clinicians, the remote contract Licensed Supervising Therapist will provide clinical supervision, ensuring compliance with board requirements while delivering telehealth services to the Medicaid community. Key responsibilities Provide board-required clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians working toward full licensure Guide associates through clinical documentation and treatment planning in accordance with Medicaid guidelines Utilize a flexible supervision structure, setting your own schedule and approach to supervision Required qualifications Valid license in good standing in New York with board approval to provide clinical supervision Master's degree in Social Work Proven track record of guiding associates to full licensure Own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate) Experience with EHR systems and familiarity with Medicaid documentation requirements
