New York Licensed Staff Therapist

To support a growing practice, the part-time and full-time New York Licensed Staff Therapist will provide individual, relationship, and group psychotherapy to clients, focusing on their emotional and social needs in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Provide psychotherapy services to a caseload of 15-30 sessions weekly, including individuals and couples, with evening and weekend availability required Maintain case notes and documentation within 24 hours of sessions held, ensuring compliance with practice policies Participate in weekly clinical supervision and engage in marketing efforts to co-create a caseload that aligns with professional goals Required qualifications Provisionally licensed with an LMSW in New York At least 1 year of experience in assessment, treatment planning, and providing psychotherapy Experience in providing individual, couples, and/or family therapy Availability to see clients on at least one weekend day, early mornings, and evenings Education and training demonstrating success in therapy within a specific niche
