New York Licensed Social Worker

To support the Employee Assistance Program, the part-time New York Licensed Social Worker will provide short-term counseling and consultation services to faculty, staff, and their families, while working in a hybrid model of on-site and remote environments. Key responsibilities Provide short-term problem-focused counseling and referral services for personal issues, including marital and behavioral health concerns Conduct individual assessments and develop service plans, including appropriate referrals for evaluation and treatment Develop and deliver educational/training programs regarding Employee Assistance services to various organizational stakeholders Required qualifications NYS LMSW license Prior experience in Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) preferred Organizational and clinical knowledge relevant to workplace behavioral health issues Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook Minimum one year in a relevant position
