Proactively managing first party property claims, the full-time remote New York Licensed Property Claims Examiner will handle claims from initial notice through resolution, ensuring high-quality customer service and technical claim file management. Key responsibilities Manage and adjust first party property claims, securing all pertinent documentation related to losses Evaluate loss and policy information for proper coverage assessments and refer significant cases to the Claims Manager Conduct cause and origin investigations and inspect losses in the field as necessary Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent life experience New York State General Adjuster's license Valid driver's license Ability to multitask and possess strong organizational skills Experience with claims management systems such as ImageRight and Origami is preferred
