Supporting student progression and NCLEX readiness, the part-time New York Licensed Nursing Success Coach will provide individualized academic coaching, facilitate workshops, and collaborate with faculty in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Provide individualized academic coaching based on performance data and referrals Facilitate coaching appointments and workshops focused on study strategies and NCLEX preparation Track student progress and collaborate with faculty to support course expectations and remediation practices Required qualifications Master's degree in nursing from a regionally accredited institution; doctoral degree preferred Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license; New York licensure preferred Experience in nursing education, academic coaching, or NCLEX preparation preferred Strong understanding of nursing curriculum and evidence-informed academic support practices Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and manage multiple student contacts
