New York Licensed Nurse Practitioner

To support a growing virtual practice focused on women's midlife health, the full-time New York Licensed Nurse Practitioner will manage a full patient panel, providing ongoing care for perimenopause, menopause, and related health issues while working remotely within the United States. Key responsibilities Manage a full panel of patients, providing relationship-based care for perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep Prescribe and independently manage hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management Document patient interactions and ensure productivity benchmarks are met while maintaining a warm and efficient clinical environment Required qualifications Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC 3+ years of experience independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients 3+ years of experience independently prescribing and titrating HRT 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience 1+ year of experience evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists
