To support a commercial mortgage loan portfolio, the remote Operations Consultant (Mortgage Loan Processor) will service and administer loans, process transactions, and prepare financial reports while working independently in a deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Service and administer a portfolio of commercial mortgage loans, processing transactions and related accounting entries Record and reconcile mortgage loan accounting transactions, supporting financial and operational reporting requirements Develop and enhance operational reports, assisting with system upgrades and identifying process improvement opportunities Required Qualifications Recent hands-on experience with SS&C Precision LM (PLM) within the last 3-5 years Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial mortgage loan servicing Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred Strong understanding of commercial mortgage loan operations and accounting Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with SQL/SQL Server
