New York Licensed Mental Health Therapist

To support a growing telehealth initiative, the full-time New York Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide evidence-based treatment via live video sessions, maintain a diverse caseload, and engage in peer consultations and training from a remote setting. Key responsibilities: Deliver short-term, evidence-based therapy through live video sessions while managing a varied clinical caseload Assign digital resources and monitor client progress between sessions to enhance therapeutic outcomes Participate in clinical consultation meetings and quality assurance reviews to continuously improve care delivery Required qualifications: Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license with no current, past, or pending disciplinary action Master's degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC) Experience with evidence-based treatment modalities (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) Ability to manage clinical crises and provide telehealth services effectively Experience maintaining a full clinical caseload of adult and/or adolescent clients
