New York Licensed Mental Health Therapist

To support a growing practice, the part-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC) will conduct clinical evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based care to women experiencing hormonally influenced life transitions, all in a remote telehealth environment. Key responsibilities Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations and assessments of patients, formulating diagnoses based on medical histories Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with the Mavida clinical model Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic patient care and monitor treatment progress Required qualifications Valid and active mental health practitioner license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent) in New York Minimum of two years of experience as a fully licensed mental health practitioner Ability to work independently in a 100% virtual environment Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare software Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and upholding ethical standards
