New York Licensed Liability Claims Examiner

To analyze General Liability BI and Auto BI claims for clients, the full-time New York Licensed Liability Claims Examiner will adjudicate complex customer claims, negotiate settlements, and communicate claim activity while working in a hybrid environment if located within 25 miles of Marlton, NJ, or remotely otherwise. Key responsibilities Analyzing and processing claims to achieve timely resolutions through investigation and information gathering Negotiating settlements of claims within designated authority Communicating claim activity with claimants and clients, and reporting claims to the excess carrier Required qualifications 4 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred New York licensing preferred
