New York Licensed Liability Claims Examiner

Analyzing General Liability and Auto BI claims, the full-time remote New York Licensed Liability Claims Examiner will adjudicate complex customer claims, negotiate settlements, and communicate with clients to ensure timely resolution while adhering to industry best practices. Key responsibilities Analyzing and processing claims through well-developed action plans to achieve timely resolutions Negotiating settlement of claims within designated authority and communicating claim activity with clients Reporting claims to the excess carrier and responding to requests in a professional manner Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required Experience with New York labor law and tender processes Must have General Liability experience Licensing in New York preferred
