To support a growing telehealth practice, the full-time New York Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner will conduct thorough patient assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver high standards of care Educate patients on preventive care and wellness using evidence-based strategies Required qualifications Active national board certification as a Nurse Practitioner Minimum of 2 years of consecutive experience specializing in women's health and treating chronic conditions Proven ability to function as an autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on compassion Minimum of 3 active unrestricted state licenses, including at least 2 in CA, NY, or FL
