To launch Allara's Psychiatry Service Line, the part-time Consulting Psychiatrist will develop clinical protocols, supervise PMHNPs, and treat patients experiencing mild to moderate depression, anxiety, and PMDD in a fully remote setting. Key responsibilities Develop clinical protocols for psychiatric treatment and safety protocols for behavioral health Allocate time to treat patients and provide supervision and case consultations Participate in hiring processes for psychiatric nurse practitioners Required qualifications Active board certification in Psychiatry through ABPN or AOBNP An active, unrestricted medical license in California, Florida, New York, or Texas Minimum of 5 years of post-residency clinical experience as a psychiatrist, focusing on outpatient care Experience treating conditions at the intersection of hormonal and mental health Experience supervising or collaborating with psychiatric nurse practitioners or advanced practice providers
