New York Licensed Associate Client Advocate

To support client relationships and enhance service delivery, the full-time New York Licensed Associate Client Advocate will manage client engagement activities, coordinate with internal teams, and provide strategic consulting in the commercial property and casualty insurance sector. Key responsibilities Retain and strengthen existing client relationships while maximizing profitability and driving retention Coordinate and deliver client presentations, proposals, and service plans in collaboration with internal resources Monitor and address clients' insurance and risk management needs, ensuring compliance with all policy requirements Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in commercial property and casualty insurance in a client-facing role Demonstrated negotiation and account management skills Strong understanding of the commercial insurance renewal process and coverage analysis Ability to mentor and collaborate effectively with team members Active New York insurance broker's P&C license, with ongoing continuing education requirements
