New York - Investment Management Midlevel Associate

About the Role

Seeking a highly motivated mid‑level or senior associate with 4‑5 years of experience to join our private funds practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the formation and structuring of private equity and hedge funds, as well as experience with co‑investments, secondary transactions, and GP‑led liquidity solutions, including continuation funds. Candidates should possess excellent drafting and negotiation skills, sound commercial judgment, and the ability to manage complex transactions while working directly with sophisticated sponsors and institutional investors.

Compensation and Benefits

For positions in New York, the salary wage range for this posting is $225,000 to $435,000. The base salary or hourly wage range will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on prior experience, expertise, and market factors. Final compensation may exceed this range. Employees may receive a total compensation package that includes medical, financial, and other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and paid time off such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave). Employment is at‑will, and the firm reserves the right to modify salary or other benefit programs at any time.
