To support a compliant and high-quality provider network, the full-time Credentialing Specialist will coordinate credentialing and recredentialing activities, maintain accurate records, and manage assigned cases in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Coordinate credentialing for organizational and institutional providers, ensuring compliance with NYS DOH, CMS, and NCQA standards Review submissions for completeness and accuracy, track case statuses, and document actions taken Prepare Credentialing Committee agendas, compliance reports, and assist with delegation oversight audits Required qualifications 1-3 years of experience in healthcare credentialing, enrollment, or managed care operations (preferred) Strong Excel skills, including proficiency with formulas, pivot tables, and tracking High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through Bachelor's degree preferred; NAMSS or related credentialing training is a plus
