New Workday HCM Consulting Manager (Fully Remote)

• Conduct ERP readiness assessments and develop roadmaps to guide client transformation efforts.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and lead workshops, interviews, and executive briefings.
• Direct Workday releases and collaborate across delivery teams for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration and 3+ years of product ownership experience.
• Workday certification in one or more HCM modules and strong functional HCM knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree required; prior consulting experience preferred.
• Base salary range $175,000 - $190,000 USD, plus annual discretionary bonus.
