Global product development team is seeking a NPI Project Manager to be part of a cross-functional team propelling new products from initial design through manufacturing and commercialization. We are seeking a Product Owner to work with our cross-functional teams to ensure amazing product outcomes!
Responsibilities
- Lead Product development from concept through commercialization
- Own the NPI process and coordinate Engineering Test
- Coordinate design transfers to manufacturing
- Lead cross-functional team and influence engineering leaders
- Implement validation tracking, failure analyses, and qualification standards ensuring a great launch
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree; 4+ years
Required Skills
- Strong Project Management
- Ownership of NPI process
- Strong electronics, printed circuit boards, and/or SMT
- Experience with DFM/DFA, supplier coordination, and manufacturability optimization.
