New Product Development Coordinator

New Product Development CoordinatorWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented New Product Development Coordinator to support the execution of new product launches and product changes within our food manufacturing environment. This role will provide administrative and project coordination support for new cookie and bread product development, packaging updates, bills of materials (BOMs), and labeling processes.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and has experience supporting cross-functional teams in food manufacturing or consumer packaged goods.Maintain project trackers, timelines, and task lists for new product development initiativesUpdate project status based on team inputFollow up with internal teams on outstanding tasks and deadlinesEscalate overdue items to management as neededCoordinate product development activities including sample tracking and trial schedulingEnter and update BOM information in internal systemsVerify BOM data accuracyTrack packaging change requests and artwork statusMaintain organized files for product specifications, approvals, and project recordsEnsure documentation is complete and properly storedPerform data entry and updates in ERP systems/project tracking toolsBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience3–5 years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, or support roleExperience in food manufacturing or consumer packaged goods (CPG) preferredStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple deadlines simultaneouslyStrong communication and follow-up skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry systemsOffice and food manufacturing facility environmentFrequent interaction with cross-functional teamsProducts manufactured may contain peanuts, milk, and tree nutsAt Jimmy's Gourmet Bakery, we believe our team's success starts with feeling valued and supported.
