New Patient Intake Clinician (NP/PA) — Primary Care

Reliant Medical Group, part of the Optum family, seeks a Full Time Primary Care (IM and FM) New Patient Intake Clinician (NP or PA) 1.0 FTE to join our Worcester, MA team. This role focuses on improving access for new patients and growing the practice, serving as the first clinical contact in Adult and Family Medicine.

You will work in a highly collaborative, team-based environment with IM physicians, APCs, nursing staff and MAs, with 20-30 minute visits and no after-hours responsibilities.
